What the model predicts, and what would falsify it
Each prediction from Part III is run through the Part II loop for budding yeast and HCT116: the equations as written, plus flagged variants where the documents are silent or inconsistent. A verdict says what the model does with its own prediction — not whether biology agrees. These are model predictions, not pre-registered claims.
